PerkSpot is searching for a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to join our Creative team! Reporting to the Director of Experience Strategy & Creative, this role is ideal for a strategic thinker who loves bringing marketing ideas to life, connecting the dots between content, channels, products, and user needs, and taking ownership of how campaigns come to market. Working from established campaign and marketing strategies, this role translates strategic direction into actionable plans and leads campaigns from briefing through launch, ensuring content, channels, stakeholders, and deliverables come together cohesively and effectively.

This position is required to be in the office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Our office is located in the Merchandise Mart in downtown Chicago, IL.  

What you’ll accomplish:

  • Own the end-to-end execution of integrated B2C marketing campaigns, including seasonal campaigns, curated deal collections, and product GTM campaigns
  • Translate established campaign and marketing strategies into actionable execution plans across content, channels, placements, timelines, and deliverables
  • Lead cross-functional campaign execution across Creative, Product, Lifecycle, Merchandising, Merchant, and Marketing Operations, ensuring teams remain aligned and work moves efficiently from brief through launch
  • Develop campaign briefs and lead campaign kickoffs, translating strategic direction into clear objectives, audience needs, messaging requirements, placements, and deliverables
  • Support member-facing product marketing by translating product launches and enhancements into clear, compelling content and ensuring product messaging is consistently represented across relevant marketing surfaces
  • Partner with Merchandising and Merchant teams to ensure campaign execution balances member relevance, campaign objectives, and advertising revenue opportunities
  • Own campaign readiness, including timelines, dependencies, asset coordination, QA, documentation, and cross-functional handoffs
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to optimize content, placements, and future campaign execution
  • Maintain key campaign and product marketing resources, including calendars, placement plans, messaging documentation, and content libraries
  • Continuously improve campaign workflows and ways of working to support increasingly scalable and efficient integrated marketing execution

What we’re looking for:

  • 5–8 years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, consumer marketing, product marketing, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience owning the execution of multi-channel B2C marketing campaigns from planning through launch and measurement
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to understand established strategy, translate it into actionable plans, and make sound executional decisions
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Strong understanding of consumer marketing content and channel strategy across email, web, lifecycle, and other digital surfaces
  • Ability to connect campaign content and channel execution to broader business objectives, including engagement, transactions, product adoption, and revenue
  • Excellent organizational and project leadership skills, with the ability to independently drive work forward while managing multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clarity and alignment across teams
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership for both the quality of the work and the results it drives
  • Familiarity with marketing technology, CMS, project management, and lifecycle platforms such as Bloomreach is a plus

The pay: 

PerkSpot offers competitive industry rate salaries with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals. We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity and across teams and levels. The base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $140,000 plus an $8,000 annual bonus.

  • To help you get a jump start on company holidays, we close at 1 pm the day prior to each company holiday as “holiday eve.”
  • Tenure is valued and rewarded. In addition to PTO, we offer a paid Sabbatical for up to 3 months to employees at 5 years and 10 years of service.
  • Commuting can be expensive – we get it.  So, we provide a monthly transportation stipend and free lunch every Wednesday.
