PerkSpot is searching for a Sr. Salesforce Admin to join our Revenue Operations team! The Sr. Salesforce Admin will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and data migrations to meet our business requirements. You will architect scalable and maintainable solutions that align with industry standards and adhere to Salesforce best practices.  


What you’ll accomplish:  

  • Lead the configuration and customization of Salesforce to meet the company's evolving needs. Design and implement custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules to support business processes. 
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and provide expert guidance on best practices and solution design. 
  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and technologies and evaluate their potential impact on existing and future implementations. 
  • Provide advanced user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Salesforce users across the organization.  
  • Conduct training sessions to educate users on Salesforce features, best practices, and system updates. 
  • Collaborate with the IT team to integrate Salesforce with other business systems, such as marketing automation, ERP, and customer support platforms. Ensure seamless data flow and consistency across systems. 
  • Develop and implement data management strategies to maintain data integrity, accuracy, and security within Salesforce. 
  • Analyze current sales and CRM processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement streamlined workflows and automation. Continuously optimize Salesforce to increase productivity, efficiency, and user adoption. 
  • Implement and enforce security controls, user permissions, and data access policies in accordance with industry standards and company policies. 
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, customizations, and integrations. Establish and enforce governance policies, standards, and procedures for Salesforce usage and administration. 


What we’re looking for: 

  • 5-7 years Salesforce administration experience 
  • Salesforce Admin Certification Required 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and Salesforce Experience Cloud 
  • Experience partnering with departments to not just solve problems, but conceptualize and build improvements 
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills 
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team 
  • Desire to help users learn and grow with the SFDC platform 
  • Experience with data management, transformation, and reporting
